Wednesday, May 6th we gathered for our second Membership Check-In. Dr. Valena Spencer led the community in a meditation & energy clearing exercise, and then we discussed together: how are you centering the most vulnerable in your community?

NADA Membership Check-ins are a time for the NADA community to get grounded, connect and learn from each other. We use short relaxation exercises and small group discussions as our format for each call.
