Denise Romano is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 34 years of professional experience in family medicine, holistic health, comprehensive women’s health and addiction medicine. She currently serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Substance Abuse Treatment Research Unit at the Yale University School of Medicine. Denise holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Arts in Integrative Health and Healing. Since 2010, she has served as a Program Coordinator for The Integrative Health and Healing Master’s program at The Graduate Institute in Bethany, CT. where the NADA training is accepted as a student internship.
In addition to being a NADA trainer, Ms. Romano is certified as a Holistic Stress Management Instructor, is an ordained interfaith minister, a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association and an Energy medicine practitioner. Her passion is for teaching personal empowerment, preventative medicine, auricular acupuncture and holistic health.
