11:30am- Ear Anatomy & the Five Points (downsizing points)

Noon- Clean needle technique, exposure control plans & biohazard

12:30pm- Lunch

1:00pm- Needling cautions & complications

1:30pm- Ear seeds & beads

2:30pm- 5-NP with the practice ear

3pm- Consent Forms & Ethics Pledge

3:15pm- Needling on each other

10am- Reflection & Discussion

10:30am- Trauma-informed Care

10am Self-care: Burn out, compassion fatigue & secondary trauma

10:45am Sleep mix tea, herbal remedies

11am Feedback & Data Collection
