I am trying to receive payment for a training offered in May.
The NADA CFO Office Help Team sent me an email that did not help much.
I am not clear about needing to open an account with Truist. My last email asking for help was sent on June 14 and i have not received an answer since then. It seems that everything is organized to make thing more difficult for trainers and no one has follow up to offered me help.
Can anyone help me ?
